WARM UP
- 5min of 30sec walk/30sec jog interval
- good stretching
- running exercises (high knees, side steps, skipping etc)
CIRCUIT
- x10 push ups
- x10 lunges
- 1min plank
- x50 crunches
- x20 side plank lifts
- x20 squats
- x1 hill sprint (or 30m sprint on flat)
I usually do this circuit 3 times and add an extra sprint on the end if I want!
