Our Co-founders checked out the uber cool candle lit Los Angeles studio, with top hits blaring, motivational quotes plastering the walls and toned, taut and trendy instructors to find out what Soul Cycle was all about. They caught up with Lindsay Buckley one of the best Soul Cycle instructors to find out more about what makes Soul Cycle special. Plus she shares with us her favourite workout playlist and why being active & living well is so important to her.
What makes soulcycle so special?
SoulCycle is a full-body experience, offering riders the chance to physically, mentally and spiritually get stronger. We love creating a safe space for our riders to dance, sweat, break through barriers and meet a new version of themselves. With the music loud and the lights low, I appreciate the opportunity to release any tension and refresh my mindset.

Why its so important to honour your body and love yourself?
I find it so important to honor your body and love yourself because that's the only way we can truly love and care for others. If you find a way to shine from the inside out, you will influence those around you to do the same. We have been gifted with a brain, heart, bones, muscles and more - and our job is to put that gift to great use with the intention of bettering life for all.
