There is nothing better than enjoying a refreshing fruit smoothie on a hot summer's day! This mango and raspberry creation is one of our favourites. We love to make a big jug in the morning and put in the fridge so the Vie Active team can sip on it throughout the day.
Recipe:
1 cup Natural Raw C coconut water
1 mango
1 cup frozen banana
2 tbs coconut yoghurt
1 lime (juice)
1 punnet raspberries
Divide the raspberries between 2 glasses (reserving a few for garnish) & muddle using a fork. Blend the remaining ingredients, carefully pour over the raspberries, sprinkle with reserved raspberries & enjoy the refreshing, tangy & sweet flavour explosion! (Serves 2)
